Today on Dr. Oz he shared some great ways to raise your metabolism throughout the day. And I wanted to share the tips here with you.
#1 Exercise - Yes this is a no brainier but you may be surprised that you actually don't need to do a hard and fast cardio workout. Actually do the opposite. Work out for a longer period of time at a low intensity and you will burn more fat.
#2 Also snack throughout the day. Eat several small healthy snacks throughout the day.
#3 Drink Green Tea ad Coffee. They both will help to raise your metabolism.
#4 Eating Spicy foods is another way to raise your metabolism.
