Okay, I know the Title sounds pretty gross. But lets face it. This is the flu and cold season and when people blow their noses they can't help but look and what they just blew out. What color is it and what does that color mean. How do you know if you may have an infection and should seek medical advise. Many people are also looking for ways to lessen the duration of a cold or flu. Also, wouldn't it be great if you could prevent a cold altogether?
