Snot | Nasal Mucus

Snot | Nasal Mucus
"What does the color of my Snot mean?
We all get runny noses and colds. But how do you know if you may have something more serious? When do you decide it might be time to go see a doctor?

When you blow your nose and look inside the tissue, the color of your snot will give you a good indication as to why you are feeling stuffy. There are 3 basic colors of nasal mucus (snot). When you blow your nose and it is clear, then that is a good sign.

Clear is a normal healthy color for snot. If it is yellow or green, then you may have an infection and you should contact your physician. If your snot is bloody or pink than that is a sign of dryness."
